Returns Policy
We work hard to ensure customer satisfaction: customer service and smiles are very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at 727-399-0551 or email info@caribbeanjubileestore.com to arrange an exchange or refund.
Return Guidelines
We accept returns for exchange or refund with an original receipt, within 30 days of the date of purchase: please note that shipping costs are nonrefundable. Items must be returned in the original carton, without being used or damaged in any way.
Carefully repackage items exactly as they were originally shipped, to ensure safe return -- we are unable to refund or exchange items that have been damaged in return transit.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.
Damaged Shipments
If you receive your order and it has been damaged in transit, let us know immediately so that we may send a replacement.
Please keep the item in it's original packaging (including outer shipping box and fillers, such as bubble wrap etc.) so that we may file a claim with the shipping service. In most cases we will ask for your permission to have the shipper call or drop by to assess the item. Go Back
